A handloomed version of our popular Smith design, Abacus is a subtle tone on tone transitional design with a pile height around 8mm. Our handloom process allows for beautiful small details not possible with hand knotting, demonstrated beautifully here in the delicate geometric pattern of Abacus. If the size you need is not in stock, Abacus is available in any size up to 457 cm in length in 120 days or less plus shipping; custom sizes, runners, squares and rounds are also available. Our extremely handmade rugs are made with as much care as possible. When choosing a rug, please be aware that slight pattern changes may happen, but the rug will still look beautiful! In other words, a 3x5 may be slightly different than a 12x16.
Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
