A traditional yet playful border rug. This rug is made of 100% Himalayan wool in Nepal using our Kotana weave with pile height around 1.25cm and a soft textural hand. The bright, warm tones infused with vibrant yellow and rosy pink floral motifs will make the Zara Banana Leaf area rug a sunny addition to any room in your home. The yarn colors are moss green, yellow gold, rust red, coral, cream, warm brown, and taupe.

Our extremely handmade rugs are made with as much care as possible. When choosing a rug, please be aware that slight pattern changes may happen, but the rug will still look beautiful! In other words, a 3x5 may be slightly different than a 12x16.
Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
