Tribal double sunburst medallion Kazak weave rug in green. This Chelaberd II Green rug was handcrafted in Armenia of 100% wool and has a pile height under one cm. The design features double sunburst medallions which is a common tribal pattern among Caucasian rugs. This rug has a more modern use of color with a light forest green field instead of the traditional red and red accents outline the design whereas in more traditional colors this would be white.

Our extremely handmade rugs are made with as much care as possible. When choosing a rug, please be aware that slight pattern changes may happen, but the rug will still look beautiful! In other words, a 3x5 may be slightly different than a 12x16.
Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
