A wool Armenian Kazak weave rug with a Three Medallion design. This rug is among the Tufenkian Outlet Kazak collection which are the most distinctive Armenian carpet designs, incorporating deeply meaningful symbols into the bright and energetic palettes. Borachalu III Ruby features large, overstated, repeating medallions which make use of latch hooks. The hooks represent health, happiness and protection from the malice and evil eye, anything bad approaching is caught by the hooks. Borachalu III Ruby is hand knotted of 100% Armenian wool in colors of bright ruby red, ivory, deep blue, teal blue, and yellow beige. This rug has a pile height under one cm.

Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
