Hand selected by James in Armenia, this antique Soumak flat weave measures 102cm x 160cm with traditional caucasian motifs in browns, rust, red, blues, tans, and beige. Woven prior to 1918 this rug has some color variation due to wear, yet is structurally in great condition.

Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
