Please note that expedited outbound service is not included and quotes will be provided upon request. Priority service for heavy rugs may not be available. Free outbound shipping is not applicable outside the UK and Eurozone.
Extremely heavy rugs may be sent via sea service or freight.
Most rugs arrive within seven to ten business days via Standard shipping service if they are located in our corporate warehouse or showroom. Rugs located at Tufenkian Dealer locations may take one to four weeks. Rugs may need to be returned to our warehouse before they can be shipped out to you.
